Order at least (1) one month before your event date.  

If you've reached out about a piñata for an event less than 30 days away, you may not have received a response, or commissions are closed. I typically respond within 2 business days when spots are available.

Your piñata will take 2-4 weeks to make. The more detailed your design is, the longer it might take.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Piñatas are sold empty to provide you with the flexibility to fill them with your preferred treats or surprises.  

I focus hard on getting every little detail right in my work, which means things might take longer than expected. If I realize I can't finish by your deadline, I may need to cancel the project. Don't worry though - you'll always get all your money back if this happens.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I currently do not provide piñata accessories like sticks and blindfolds.  

I appreciate your interest in larger orders! At this time, I don’t offer discounts or wholesale pricing. Each piñata is handmade with great care, and the pricing reflects the time, effort, and craftsmanship that go into every unique piece. Thanks for understanding!

Your piñata can hold about 5-15 pounds of treats and toys, depending on size and style (2D vs 3D).​​

If your piñata arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Upon confirmation of damage, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

At the moment, I do not ship outside of the U.S.

I don't replicate designs from other artists to ensure each creation is an original piece. 

Before Your Party:

Keep your piñata in a cool, dry place. Be gentle when moving it, and watch out for any fragile spots.

For Display Pieces:

Your piñata is made with high-quality paper that won't fade. Keep it away from sun and moisture, and it'll stay beautiful for years!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
