To order a custom piñata, simply head to the 'I want one!' section on our website. There, you'll find a form to fill out with details such as your preferred theme, party date, and any specific customization requests. I'll get in touch with you shortly to discuss the details and provide a quote. 

Order at least (1) one month before your event date.  

Depending on my current schedule and workload, I may be able to accommodate a rush order, please contact me directly, and we can discuss the feasibility of meeting your timeline. Rush fee will be applied.

If you've reached out about a piñata for an event less than 30 days away, you may not have received a response, or commissions are closed. I typically respond within 2 business days when spots are available.

Turnaround time for your piñatas typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design. Please keep in mind that the specific design details and complexity may influence the production timeline. 

Piñatas are sold empty to provide you with the flexibility to fill them with your preferred treats or surprises.  

The work that I do demands meticulous attention to detail, which can occasionally impact the timeline. Please understand that the intricacies of each project may lead to unforeseen delays. In the rare event that I cannot meet your deadline, cancellations may occur without prior notice. However, you’ll always get a full refund.

Unfortunately, I currently do not provide piñata accessories like sticks and blindfolds.  

You can cancel your order within 2 days of making a payment to receive a full refund. However, if you decide to cancel after this period, a $45 cancellation fee will be deducted from your initial payment. Once your cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

While I understand the appeal of discounts for larger orders, at this time, I do not offer discounts or wholesale pricing. Each piñata is handmade with great care, requiring a significant investment of time and attention to detail. The pricing reflects the craftsmanship and effort that go into creating each unique piece.

Piñatas can typically hold a variety of treats and surprises, depending on their size and design. While the exact capacity varies, your piñatas is crafted to accommodate a generous amount of candies, toys, or other small items ranging from 5 - 15 lbs.

If your piñata arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Upon confirmation of damage, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

At the moment, I do not ship outside of the U.S.

I don't replicate designs from other artists to ensure each creation is an original piece. 

To ensure your piñata stays picture-perfect, store it in a cool, dry place before the event. For transportation, handle it gently, and consider reinforcing any delicate areas.

Decorative pieces: caring for your piñata is simple and straightforward. The paper used to decorate your piñata is of exceptional quality, ensuring that fading is not a concern even with prolonged display. To maintain its pristine condition, I recommend displaying your piñata in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. By following these care instructions, you can enjoy your piece for years to come.
