To order a custom piñata, simply head to the 'I want one!' section on our website. There, you'll find a form to fill out with details such as your preferred theme, party date, and any specific customization requests. I'll get in touch with you shortly to discuss the details and provide a quote.

If you've reached out about a piñata for an event less than 30 days away, you may not have received a response, or commissions are closed. I typically respond within 2 business days when spots are available.

Unfortunately, I currently do not provide piñata accessories like sticks and blindfolds.
You can cancel your order within 2 days of making a payment to receive a full refund. However, if you decide to cancel after this period, a $45 cancellation fee will be deducted from your initial payment. Once your cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.
